Sunday, 21 June 2026 Weekly Q&A booked for Wed, go-live targeted next week

Cronulla Pools × Neighbourhood

The meetings that
move the build forward.

This is a fixed-scope project, so we meet to keep the build moving and make the calls that matter, not for an ongoing retainer rhythm. The rhythm is a standing weekly Q&A every Wednesday, with workshops and sprint sessions layered on as the work needs them. Here is what is booked, and what is behind us.

How this lands

Wednesday's Q&A is where you green-light go-live. This is a fixed-scope build, not an ongoing retainer, so there is no rolling QBR. Four of the five build pieces are shipped, with the branded quote page the last one in flight. Once the migration is confirmed clean and the nurtures are switched on, your sign-off on Wednesday green-lights go-live for the week. The standing weekly Q&A then keeps running through to late November as your settling-in checkpoint. If you would like to talk about what comes after, support or a next project, just use Book a time and Alex will set it up.
