Where this ends

The Launch and Handover review is the last meeting of this project. This is a fixed-scope build, not an ongoing retainer, so there is no rolling QBR. We meet to review each phase, then on or around go-live, 12 Sep 2026, we hold the Launch and Handover review: confirm everything is live, hand the system over to your team, and agree a short settling-in window.
