Your build is
in the final stretch, heading for go-live.

HubSpot Support Project. Four of the five build pieces are shipped and the branded quote page is the last one in flight. We started 28 Apr, and we are switching the new pipeline live next week. Here is where things stand and what needs you to green-light it.

Weekly update, W/C Mon 16 Jun 2026

Hey Kate, hey Scott. Good one this week, we got through everything in the sprint on Wednesday and the new pipeline is basically there. Here is where we are at.

Last week

  • Ran the full pipeline dry run live with you both and walked the rebuilt residential deal pipeline end to end. Stripped the deal sidebar back so it only shows the fields that matter at each stage, no more empty boxes.
  • New-lead intake fields are in: council, budget, access, design/approval, swim/ready date, sentiment. These auto-fill from the form and Scott can edit off the back of a call.
  • Quote-handoff automation demoed: when Scott flags a lead needs a quote, it now fires straight to Matt over email plus a Slack ping in #Quotes that Matt is tagged in.
  • Cleaned up your marketing contacts and freed 1,052, dropping you from ~75% to ~60% of your 7,000 limit, so you dodge the next pricing tier.

This week

  • Building Matt's "Preparing Quote" worklist view, oldest quote first, all the context in one table.
  • Adding the "Manually Approve" button to the quote page plus the click-to-approve flow for nurture, so the team stays in control without extra clicks.
  • Getting swim.cronullapools.com.au pointed at the proposal tool, waiting on JCR for the DNS details.
  • Trav is going to grab you for a quick 20-min call to lock the quote-page branding, then turn it around same day.
  • Goal: have the whole thing (pipeline, quote-page approval, nurtures) up and running next week.

What we need from you

  • Kate: send Trav the brand collateral (logo, the azure blue, images) for the quote page, and run "Accept" vs "Sign" past Matt so we can lock the wording. That is the one that matters, because a signature is not a contract here, it is quote acceptance into the design phase.
  • Kate + Scott: settle on the new pipeline name when you get a sec, genuinely not urgent.

A note from Alex

Good one this week, Kate. We got through the whole sprint and the new pipeline is basically there, so we are right on the home straight. Two quick things from you green-light go-live next week: send me the brand collateral (logo, the azure blue, images) for the quote page, and run "Accept" vs "Sign" past Matt so we can lock the wording. That second one matters, because a signature here is quote acceptance into the design phase, not a contract. Everything else is built and waiting on the switch. Nothing goes live until you are happy with it.
