When we started, the question wasn't really about HubSpot. It was simpler than that: where is the work going, and which leads are quietly slipping through. So this quarter we pointed everything at that one problem, and the numbers above are what fell out the other side.
The headline is the $212k of won revenue we can actually attribute, but the part I'm prouder of is the response time. Cutting first reply from fourteen hours to under forty minutes is the difference between a homeowner booking you and booking the next builder on their list. That's not a dashboard metric. That's jobs.
Next quarter we want to push on the quoting follow-up, where we can still see deals going cold. I've sketched the plan in the work log below, and I'd love ten minutes to walk you through it before we lock it in.
