Statement of Work: HubSpot RevOps Build
Ref SOW-CRON-2026-02The fixed-scope build now in delivery: the five-stage deal pipeline, lead-capture forms and routing, quote-to-deposit automation, reporting dashboards, and email templates and sequences. Acceptance is per deliverable, signed off at each fortnightly review with Alex. Signing off the build deliverables locks scope before Data Migration.

Master Services Agreement
Ref MSA-CRON-2026-01The umbrella that governs how we work together: confidentiality, IP ownership of everything we build, data handling inside your HubSpot, and the notice terms. It carries no fee of its own. The cost and scope of actual work live in the Statement of Work below, which this agreement sits over.

Variation 1: Paid Media Add-on
Ref VAR-CRON-2026-03A small scope addition to the live RevOps project: build the channel-attribution dashboard and reallocate paid budget toward the website form, the two items Alex flagged at the last review. All other MSA and SOW terms remain unchanged.

How signing works
Every agreement is e-signed in the portal, then countersigned by Neighbourhood. The signed copy is locked, timestamped, and kept here for the life of the project.
Need a change?
Anything outside the signed scope is added as a Variation under your existing agreements, its own small sign-off with its own cost. Alex drafts it, you approve it here.
